All returns must be returned in store within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return or exchange an item, simply bring the item in store with its original packaging and provide your proof of purchase. Returns with a valid proof of purchase will be exchanged or refunded based on the original payment method.
No receipt? A government or state issued picture ID is required. Lumber Direct may issue at its discretion in store credit for the item's current or lowest advertised price.
